cNFT meme-DAO

The idea is to create a dao where the community members can vote about what memes will get into the next NFT drop series, then for a periode of time those NFTs can be minted by the everyone for a low amount of ada so the memes become a story of our ledger and we can look at them during hard times ;)

Also we hope to onboard new users this way who are less interested in making profits but do appreciate some good memes and a good place to store them!
