Foster

FOSTA is a utility token usable on the Foster Cat NFT platform. This token will have use cases in governance, listings, voting, etc. The Foster Cat NFT platform will be the first step in digitizing pet ownership - starting with cats.

We aim to connect foster homes with foster donors in an effort to legitimize NFTs as proof of ownership for pets. How does it work? A foster home would list a cat on our platform using its name, image, and a short description. We would then take that privately stored information and mint an NFT using the listing as metadata.

A Foster, or donor, would then come along and buy that NFT - or in an essence, adopt the cat. This adoption will be digital. The funds will provide a decent life for the cat, and at any point the NFT owner may claim their cat physically from the Foster home.

That is only the beginning. After proving this concept, we plan to incorporate Foster Token into the Foster Dog NFT, and eventually the Foster Pet NFT platform.
