PRToken

PRToken is a platform that provides an opportunity for Github Repository owner to incentivise their contributors in any form of token, can be token of Appreciation (Incentives) or Recognition (NFT). Developers may not just get rewarded for PR (Pull Request) contributions but extend the possibility to get rewarded with NFT for each PR where it could also be used for to improve their individual’s portfolio/resume and for their career opportunities.

In addition of that, we provide the ability to mint for every approved PR. This would give them an option to be rewarded with NFT as well. Problem Statement: There are increasing number of developers who want to contribute in open source projects while they may also want to be rewarded and obtain a sense of recognition too. Solution: What if we can tokenised the pull request on Github that allows each approved PR (Pull Request) to be tokenised and get rewarded with PRToken. What are the use-cases of the Project? As of now, there are two immediate applications are implemented with PRToken.

1. PRToken serves as an additional layer in the relevant application like Github, Bitbucket or Gitlab for developers to contribute in any open source projects. For any contributions that were made, they may earn the $PRToken or NFT.
2. PRToken can be used to reward job candidates. The job candidates who applied and conducted home-based test assessment or it’s similar counterparts for Data Science, Developer, Dev Ops and relevant technical job role are able to obtain some tokens too. Imagine the frustrations that you're going through as a job candidate and conduct 3-4 series of interviews when applying for the job.
